What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a type of therapy commonly used to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA helps children learn new skills, communicate their needs, become more independent, and work through challenges they may experience in everyday life. ABA can help with communication, social skills, behavior, toileting, feeding, daily routines, flexibility, and independence.

Behaviors, routines, interests, or reactions that may make everyday activities, transitions, or learning more difficult.
